I would have to agree, I myself am an SEO professional. I can't stand all these people that claim to know SEO and go around pitching themselves as an expert. It makes it harder for legitimate SEO analysts. My rule of thumb is that if you don't know how to dominate the first page of search results for a given search term, organically, then you should do more homework, or quit and stop wasting peoples time. I suppose it happens in any industry whether its SEO or advertising.

its really bad how people put Spam on sites that inform people. However, we all should be calm in dealing situations like this one. Perhaps one of two people might wanna discuss about how ergonomics could be applied in an office to maintain air flow that reduces the tension between people.

WOW! I too had WAMU. Chase should take some hints from their CS. Everything is fine as long as you don't have an issue to resolve. Their CSR's are the most unprofessional, rude, uneducated, disrespectful, uncaring, unsympathetic, unempathetic (if there is such a word), and ignorant people I have ever dealth with. I will never use their services in life again even if they are the last bank on earth. I will do without. The worst part is the Executive Escalations department who had the audacity to sigh out loud, as if I was boring them, when I was trying to resolve my issue. There is no recourse and no listing of VPs, no supervisors, and no one returns your calls. Now they are calling me everyday and harassing me. I sent a letter yesterday requesting to opt out of phone calls. If they continue I will file a complaint. As a matter of fact, I will anyway. Check out their BBB report. A disgrace!I hope they fail and everyone who needs a bank finds this and the other blogs online. I think I'll look for or start one on facebook as well. Other banks have failed so it's not impossible. I'm praying on it.

This is their way of dealing with the new Credit Card Reform.
Chase is increasing my APR to 29%. and remain in effect indefinitely!
This is due to 2 alledge, late payments in the last 6months.
I've checked my statements for the last year and there was one late *online* payment by 1-day due to their computer error.
Closing and Cutting this card. Hope United Airlines moves their Mileage Plus credit card company option to American Express!

I agree Chase has turned into a terrible company. I had a credit card with them for several years. My account was always in good standing, never a late payment or over limit on my account. I paid off my account in full in January of 2010. I received a letter, in the mail, one week later saying that my account had been closed.

I contacted the company to inquire why and was told they had the authority to close an account at anytime and were not required to provide a reason. I said I wanted to redeem my account points that were approximately 11,100. I was told that I was not entitled to them due to the closing of my account. I requested to speak to a supervisor and was told one was not available, but that they would give me the same information.

The consumer has little recourse other than filing complaints with State and Federal Agencies. The greatest recourse we do have is to stop doing business and request family and friends do the same-with regards to JP Morgan Chase.
